Gets a list of all claim topics linked to any of the tokens associated with the trusted issuer.
š Note that the authentication must provide sufficient privileges to access the information of the token.The ISSUER_MANAGEMENT permission over the owner issuer is currently the only permission (aside administration privileges) required to access the Token data.
