Simplify the investment process and portfolio management for your investors with a dedicated whitelabel investor app, offering a seamless experience from subscribing to new offerings to managing payments and transfers.

Key Features

Primary Market

All of your published offerings will be listed on the 'Invest' dashboard for your investors to view and explore. You will be able to update the details of each offering in the Servicing App. Depending on the current qualification status of each of your investors, they will be able to see if they are qualified to participate and there will be features for them to take various actions to move forward:

Qualification

For those investors who are not qualified yet for the selected offering, there will be a button "Get qualified and invest", they can go through a qualification workflow of checking based on your compliance setups on the Servicing App (e.g. authorised countries, KYC claim requirements, ...). Your investors will have a form to fill out:

Accept Agreements: Review and accept the outlined agreements you prepared;
Provide Detailed information: Fill out the information request (exhaustive list of fields and custom fields)
Add a Wallet: Add any wallet address that supports ERC-20 tokens (You can choose to provide an integrated self-custody wallet for your investors to ensure a frictionless experience)
Document Upload: Upload identity/corporate documents
Identity Verification: Verify identity with integrated and automated KYC solutions (e.g. “Liveness check”, Video interview, Sanction lists, ...)

Issuer Notes: Once your investors finish the qualification workflow, you and your compliance agent will receive a notification to check their details on the Servicing App to approve and qualify the investor.

Subscription

A qualified user can invest the dedicated token through the subscription process.

Create the subscription order: Investors submit their desired token quantity and select from the allowed currencies or onchain cash. The platform automatically calculates the total amount, including both net investment and fees, for a seamless order submission process.
Document signing: Integrated digital signing tools like DocuSign enable investors to digitally sign subscription documents, with all necessary information pre-filled for a smooth, efficient process.
Complete Payment: Investors receive clear instructions to transfer onchain cash to the issuer’s wallet or process a bank transfer, based on their selected payment method.

Issuer Notes: 1) Order Management: You or your agents can efficiently manage all orders via the Servicing App, reconciling payments manually or automatically (for onchain cash) and validating exchange rates. Once payments are confirmed, tokens can be minted directly to investors’ wallets. 2) Gas Tank Feature: With the gas tank feature for integrated wallets, your investors don’t need to purchase utility tokens or manage gas fees during transactions, streamlining the entire process.

Portfolio Management

A comprehensive, aggregated dashboard for investors to efficiently manage their tokens:

Holdings Overview: Easily view token holdings and take quick actions like Invest, Redeem, and Transfer for seamless portfolio management.
Token Transfers : Your investors can initiate direct transfers and swap (delivery versus delivery) transfers. If you have enabled conditional transfers, you will receive your investors' transfer requests for review and approval before each transfer is completed. Multiple parties can be added for the validation process.
Transaction History: Access a complete, detailed token transaction log in one place.
Identity and Profile Management: Investors can update and manage their personal profile and identity details with ease.

Secondary Market:

You can offer a range of secondary market options for your investors, including a license-exempt P2P bulletin board, Billboard, and the flexibility to trade on centralized exchanges or order book platforms.

Billboard P2P Offers: Investors can create buy or sell offers with their desired price and contact details. Only eligible users can unlock the contact details for further discussion. Once both parties agree on a price, they can complete a swap (DvD) transfer to eliminate counterparty risk.
Centralized Exchange Integration: Investors can add their exchange deposit wallets, allowed by issuers, to send tokens directly to exchange wallets and begin trading on centralized exchanges. More detail on how it works here

Issuer notes: Through the Servicing App, you can configure tokens as tradable or non-tradable and manage their distribution across the DINO network. DINO supports any trading platforms that are compatible with ERC-3643 tokens such as marketplaces, exchanges, OTC platforms, and DeFi apps. Only the platforms you allowed will be listed at Investor App.
