Secondary Market
As a onchain finance operating system using mainly public blockchain networks, enabling more liquidity features is one of our priorities. You can decide to enable the Billboard or the Centralized Exchange (CEX) features to facilitate liquidity. Once enabled, your investors will see those sections available on your Investor App.
Billboard
The Billboard feature provides liquidity to your investors. If activated, within the Billboard section, your investors will see a list of offers posted or they will be able to create a buy or sell offer with their desired price and contact details.
How it works:
- Eligibility-Gated for Compliant Trading: Only eligible investors that are qualified, will be able to trade with each other, ensuring compliance and security.
- Direct Negotiations for Investor Flexibility: Investors can unlock contact details to negotiate directly, keeping your platform compliant as an information provider for secondary trading and excluding it from being classified as a market maker or exchange in most jurisdictions.
- Swap and Instant settlement: Once both parties agree on a price, they can complete a Delivery versus Delivery (DvD) transfer.
A DvD transfer is a peer-to-peer exchange mechanism where two parties simultaneously swap tokens without the need for a third-party intermediary. This ensures that both the asset and payment are exchanged at the same time, eliminating counterparty risk and providing a secure, trustless transaction process.
Centralized Exchanges
The CEX feature complements our innovative bulletin board solution, the Billboard, to provide additional liquidity to your investors. You can enable any CEX on the platform, to allow investors to transfer tokens from their wallets on the platform to their deposit wallet provided by the CEX.
Once activated, your investors can perform a request to add their exchange deposit wallet, and once approved by you, the investor will be able to transfer the tokens to it for trading on the CEX.
