Redemption Orders

Redemption orders are exclusively available to token holders, allowing them to convert their tokens into cash. This process allows your investors to unlock the value of their investments and maximize the benefits of their holdings.

Investors who have previously placed a subscription order for a token and received their minted tokens will be able to request a redemption.

Within the Servicing App, you can configure when and how investors can request redemption orders. You can configure:

• Redemption Period: The start date and end dates to define when your investors can place orders.
• Payment Currency: Specify the currency in which redemptions will be processed.
• Autoburn Function: Enable automatic token burning once payment is confirmed, streamlining the process.
• Calendar Function: Determine a set of hours during which your investors can place orders.
